Why Choose Our Wedding Photography?

Choosing your wedding photographer is a key decision, one that should not be entered into without a lot of careful consideration.  Apart from our experience and quality of work, why choose us?

Let us meet with you and discuss your requirements in advance of your special day, 

·         We shoot both formal and informal (photo-journalist style) wedding photography.

·         View real example wedding photographs.

·         Top quality Nikon Pro-digital cameras, flash guns and lenses (two cameras used for weddings).

·         Superb image quality, our standard photo sizes run from 6” x 4” up to 15” x 10”.

·         Cost effective Laser prints for proof picture albums.  Proofs retained after ordering.

·         Budget quality presentation binder album with protective photo sleeves included in our packages (choose another Album if you wish).

·         Clear pricing, no extra or hidden charges. 
The only prices we do not list are distance wedding ‘top-up’ charges, fees for additional photography plus CD and poster print prices (to order, quoted at the time of interest).

·         Print ready CD/ DVD ROM images can be made available.  We do not quote for these in advance as price depends upon the size of any associated print order. 

·         Poster prints available to order, sizes to A2, A1 and A0 scale.  Note: posters are designed for viewing at a distance, as such image quality is reduced (compared to our standard photographs).

We require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation.

All Photographs are individually digitally processed for colour balance, exposure matching, enhancement etc. This work is reflected in the price of finished images (both prints and electronic format images).  CD images are ‘print ready’ images prepared to these same high standards.

Wedding Photography Choices

We provide all inclusive wedding packages (currently starting at £350) or choose our pay per item system.

1. Wedding Photography Packages Our packages include our budget presentation album with protective photo sleeves. A minimum of 32 prints, some 6x4, some 7.5x5 and a couple of 9x6. Photography at the ceremony plus a little time at any reception / party to allow posed pictures of Bride & Groom with a celebration champagne flute plus cake cutting and some informal shots of guests. Prints for friends and family charged extra. Packages can be increased to cover more prints, more photography or a more expensive album. Friends and family choose and pay separately for pictures that are not part of any bride & groom package (see below). Basic package price applies to weddings within the Forest of Dean area (see below).

2. Bespoke package, pay per Item (for the larger wedding) Pay per item breakdown: A standard fee for your wedding shoot which covers photography at the ceremony venue plus a little time at any reception / party to allow posed pictures of Bride & Groom with a celebration champagne flute plus cake cutting and some informal shots of guests.  Followed by supply of proof pictures. Top up Photography Fees. We can quote for extra photography, typically to cover some pre-wedding bride pictures, some key speakers at reception and sometimes to attend any later function and take pictures of guests dancing etc. Wedding Pictures. When using our pay per item scheme, you choose and pay for your pictures.  You have complete freedom of choice on the number of and sizes of prints allowing you to work to a budget.

Chosen Pictures.

Once you have chosen your pictures (album, packages or additional prints) we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total order value before sending our order for lab printing.,

Bride & Groom Album / Collection

Our quality and value presentation 4 ring albums with protective photo sleeves (included in the Bride & Groom package) are also available for family / friends requiring an album.
You are free to source your own album or choose from one of our more exclusive design catalogues. Pictures can be easily transferred from our value album.

Weddings at Other Locations

We will be pleased to cover your wedding at any location, If your venue is away from our local area, we will add a pre-arranged top-up charge to our standard fee to cover any travel (and possible accommodation).
